Big Ol’ Bear. This is my newest essay written for the book series, Chicken Soup for the Soul. It is an honor to be part of these books focused on spreading positive messages. This essay is about meeting my dad for the first time in my thirties. (2024)

Writing for Magazines. I received my certificate from the Institute of Children’s Literature for completion of this course. The course was designed to teach students how to write articles for children’s magazines. (2014)

Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner. Essay published in the book, Cup of Comfort for Divorced Women. This story is about what happens when your ex-husband is still part of your social circle. (2008)
